Okay my first comic review done of a comic, and yes I know there are a ton for this tittle. This would be a good jump point in trying my hand at reviewing a tittle. I have been reading comics on and off for over 30 years now, wow has it been that long and I’m that old now? I have watch DC and Marvel go through their ups and downs with tittles and stories.

Justice League was a very good starting point to anyone that wants to see what DC comics is all about, new stories, new back grounds, a whole new freshness to be had with this re-launch. As a reader of many tittles, DC still has a lot to prove with this re-launch of its hero universe, but this was a very good start.

Though there was not all the characters introduced into this issue, at first I was upset, but after a second reading, I am good with that as I realize that it would have made for a very choppy story had they tried to intro them all into this issue.

I believe there will be two specific lines/scenes in this issue that will be talked about for the year or years to come. I think everyone will know what I’m talking about.

This has given me promise that the other tittles that I am on the fence with, will be worth at least checking out for a issue or three.

The only thing that did not flow well to me at least from a reader/storyline perspective was the transition from the Flash Point ending to the begining of this new universe. This may be good for most readers as this is an attempt at a fresh start to this universe, but as a reader and follower of this line for some time, I would have thought there would have been some kind of deja vue type feeling between the interactions of the characters.

Just my two cents take on this one, a definite pick up book.
