This wasn’t bad. Not great, but not bad. Sorry, but I wanted more. After waiting a few months for the hyped-to-heck reboot, I thought we’d see more than three characters in costume. I understand you don’t want to reveal everything right away, but would Marvel give you three Avengers in a new No. 1 book? Nope, they’d introduce the cast and go from there. I was also bugged by the back page announcement that “DC Nation” is going away. Good. If I have to pay for hype that I can easily get on the Internet, why not do what Marvel is doing and recap what’s going on on the front page? Here’s the thing: If I knew what was going on month-to-month, with a brief synopsis — perhaps my DC confusion would decrease. And, perhaps, if my DC confusion (Morrison) was low — and I knew what was happening in general — they wouldn’t have had to wipe out decades of continuity. Just sayin’
