This is exactly the type of story that this comic is all about. A detective story. Through the years that I have been reading comics Detective is still the one comic that you can read where the story takes you through a gritty and dirty Gotham reality that is often times polished up for the masses. This is how the Dark Knight became and continues to be the best detective in the world. The plot unfolds and continues to run deep as the murder mystery continues to hit closer and closer to home for the Gordans. I really liked reading how the unique relationship that the Commissioner and Barbara have in this story. It feels as though they are getting closer as the mystery continues. I recommed this to anyone who is a die hard Batman fan who is a little tired of seeing the Caped Crusader doing everything super except what he is the best at. Solving mysteries.
