  1. This is a brilliant cover. All the covers should be old 50’s monster movie posters.

  2. Anyone know if the “…G.I. Robot Squadron and the new War Wheel!” mention is part of a back-up story?

  3. Glad too see this so high on the pull list, I really like this series and hope it sticks around. Last issue was especially cool!

  4. This series and O.M.A.C. are the best surprises of the New 52 for me! I’m having a blast each month reading those too, this is what comics should be: fun, crazy and over the top! 😀

  5. Oh that’s a cool cover.

  6. A great end to the first arc, brilliant series!

Not sure about next issues crossover, I know I won’t be buying omac, but I did enjoy Lemire’s Superboy when it was forced to cross over with Doomsday (without reading the other books) so I probably will read next issue.

Every time I’m done with this book I want to go watch Monster Squad

  7. an issue so good i wrote a review of it:)

  8. POTW-FUN FUN FUN-Now that’s how you end a arc.

  9. What a fun series! This was a textbook ending to a great first arc. It’s rare to meet a superhero team and fall in love with them so quickly. This roster has the potential to go at least a hundred issues. This title is funny, action-packed, and wonderfully creative. I can’t wait to see what Lemire comes up with next.

    Also, The Toybox?! Fuckin’ awesome.

  10. Way to end an arc – loud, fun and exciting! 5 stars!

  11. Wow what fun this series is and funny too in loving it which is a surprise because the first issue didn’t grab me the way I was hoping it did but ever since then every issue gets better

  12. God good this comic is awesome. There was a miniature 9-year-old Brett jumping up and down with glee inside my head as I read this. And next it’s crossing over with OMAC? Yes, please.

  13. I thought this issue series was fine and was along for the ride. This issue in particular has definitely cemented me to see beyond the first arc.

  14. I cancelled this title like two issues ago and the hype from everyone here makes me think I am going to miss something and than it sounds like the ending was a huge end to a story arc. To me all of this is untrue and this title is not very good and I will no longer be fooled! The ending of the story arc just ended; I mean it just ended, felt cheated. At the end of the arc it felt like they beat the big monsters to fast and that monster planet was fine now; and the end!! Just not very good writing and some of the characters are just useless and just plain bad ie Father Time, and the Collective or whatever. Ray Palmer is linked to this crap and that is a shame, The Atom was once a great character! Good luck and I really can’t believe I am the only one who sees this. (The ending just fell of the end of the table)
In closing since I will not be revisiting this comic; I dub they CANCELLED!!
