Why aren’t more comic books like this? Issue 1 was great. Issue 2 was fun. This issue is by far…

January 27, 2012 7:23 pm Great review. I absolutely love the Unwritten. What truly makes the overall story unique is that the side stories, that generally take a small dive in quality, have been incredible. Vertigo really has been putting out a lot of POTWs for me, from Unwritten to American Vampire and Sweet Tooth.
January 12, 2012 3:54 pm Its gonna be exciting to see Kaine sling out of downtown and then take the Metro around Houston. There had better be an issue of him sitting in traffic during rush hour. On a different note, Yost and Stegman did say that University of Houston will be in issue 5. (stated at the Scarlet Spider Marvel even in Houston last night)
January 5, 2012 11:47 pm My top 5: 5. Fransceco Frankavilla 4. Jock 3. Mark Bagley 2. Rob Guillory 1. Sean Murphy with honorable mention to: Nick Pitarra
January 2, 2012 5:23 pm Either Ultimate Fallout #1 or Detective Comics 881
December 12, 2011 5:50 pm BQ: Either Jack Slater (Last Action Hero) or John Kimble (Kindergarten Cop)
September 27, 2011 1:39 pm any chance of getting an 11"x17" print of this? This cover is awesome. While I love Chew and want Layman and Guillory to continue on that for as long as they can, I'd love to see Guillory's art elsewhere. Easily one of the best most talented artists in comics now.
May 17, 2011 7:07 pm awesome.  I had this book put on my pull list at my LCS when it was solicited in previews. My LCS is only get 2 copies in....one of them for me.
March 24, 2011 8:58 pm Super pumped!!! Been reading since issue #1 and it's one of the books I look forward to every single month.
Hopefully they cast Ken Leung as Tony Chu (He just seems like the perfect person for the character after his role in Lost).
January 14, 2011 4:02 pm While it is not specatacular cinema, very few comic movie adaptations are. I got to see it yesterday and really did enjoy the movie for its entertainment value. It is tough to see past the fact that it is Seth Rogen as Brit Reid, but if you can get past the whole Seth Rogen thing, it truly is fun to watch. When it comes to comic adaptations, it is no Dark Knight or Iron Man but it definitely isnt Daredevil or Ghost Rider.
January 6, 2011 1:44 pm Great list! Definitely wish Joe The Barbarian was higher up on the list too....but totally understand with the end of the story waiting in purgatory. Sweets truly does deserve its spot too. Wish Choker and American Vampire were included.
