Nothing on my pull list this week, besides Wizard and Previews. I was thinking about buying the 80 page giant JLA, but after reading some of the comments, I think I'll pass. I also have a Booster Gold JLI figure coming in with the 70's porn collar. Pretty bad when the only difference is the collar and you order it anyway...

BQ: I moved my ex wife out. She left her crap here when she left me and I boxed everything up and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, her father came down and we loaded things up and he wished me the best, as he was always on my side through it all. A really nice guy, feel sorry for him...

August 27, 2009 12:48 am Excellent interview guys. I enjoy watching any footage of Darwyn Cooke I can come by. I understand that Digital Media is becoming bigger and bigger, and that comics will soon be available on that medium. I do however hope that those of us who still prefer to not read my comics from a computer screen the size of my palm. My eyesight ain't what it used to be, I'll tell you that. As much as I've enjoyed the comic con coverage, I am looking forward to getting back to watching the three of you discussing the topics on that funky looking couch with the cushions that apparently one of you likes to sit on all the time, although I can't tell quite why. Anyway, keep up the good work!!!

Batman and Robin, Flash Rebirth, Guardians, Fantastic Four, Wednesday Comics, Detective Comics, Wizard, and the Previews Mag. I also have an action figure coming in this week. I usually pick up my books every other week, but I think I'll go again this week. Thought about getting into that Shield DC mini series, but until JMS gets The Twelve done, I'm boycotting anything new he comes out with...

A light week for me as well. Just Wednesday Comics and Genext #4 this week. I enjoyed the first Genext series, but this current one reads brutally. Reminds me of comics from back in the 80's. I thought it had such good potential, but now it looks like I won't be picking up Claermont's next crack at the series...

Batman, Booster Gold, Titans, Red Robin, and Wednesday Comics. Still haven't read any of the Wednesday Comics though,so I don't know how good it's been thus far.

BQ: I enjoy mid 60's. Also don't mind the winter when it's around 30 degrees or so. Much like everyone else, I do not enjoy hot and humid like we've been having in MI the past few days...

Another relatively light week for me as well.  Justice League, Wednesday Comics (although I haven't read any of the other 4 I purchased yet...) and Solomon Grundy #6. I see not many have pulled that last one. I'm a sucker for mini and maxi series and will buy most that come out.

CrazyChris, from what I can tell, Flash Rebirth #4 has been pushed back to August 26. According to Conor, this is nothing out of the ordinary for an Ethan Van Schiver work. I have only been back into comics for a year now, so I don't know much about him, but Conor must be right, as it's been a long time since the last issue...

July 30, 2009 3:03 am I just read on Preview's website that the 4th Flash Rebirth has been pushed back from 8/12 to 8/26. Completely nuts... Almost two months without an issue. I am deeply disappointed...
July 28, 2009 1:21 am Also, is it just me, or has there not been a Flash: Rebirth this month? Anyone know what the delay is? I thought this series wasn't supposed to have that problem... Just curious...

Light week for me as well.

 Detective Comics

Fantastic Four- I was thinking of dropping this title before the current arc. I am glad I didn't. Can't wait to read the double issue.

Wednesday Comics#4 I haven't read the first three yet, so not sure how it's going. I let my brother take my comics with him, as he's an over the road truck driver and just got them back this weekend.

July 26, 2009 8:57 pm I think if anything, The Twelve, should have been nominated for best ONGOING SERIES, as I've been waiting on book 9 of 12 I believe for over five months, at least!!!
