Batman: Billionaire alone is good enough for me, and just a well disiplined normal human; very atainable. 1.) The Flash (Barry Allen): True blue good guy and I think he is everyones go to guy in the DCU for help and advice. Speed and Intelligance, I believe with the power he has with the speed force there is no one that he could not stop. Just off the top of my head. K
June 25, 2013 7:32 pm Well its been over a year for me since I have had a moment to post, I miss you all very much. Work has been very demanding and the bills are kicking my ass again! It will probably another while before I get a chance to post so until then here is what I thought after getting time to see Superman and thinking of all of our other favorite DC characters up on the big screen. Superman I gave a solid 4.5 out of 5; like everyone else the ending where has to kill Zod I thought was a sign of the world we live in today and how dark it is getting and even our wholesome Superman is no longer immune. (Also, I thought he could have just flew straight up and avoided the whole thing, which is probably what the old Superman would have done. But the world she is a changing and as he cried a little tear came out of my eye as I thought; yep it is a darker world and not even a great American Icon like Superman is immune. Too the other movie sugestions on this list; AWESOME!! Well thought out and I would go see them all!! Not just my favorite character The Flash but even the rest were very intresting. Suicide Squad, Dark Justice and Lobo I would have to say were the most intresting and probably the easiest to write a script for I would think. Justice League of America would be one of the greatest moments for me in all of my life and I think I would stay in theather and watch three or four times even if it sucked. (Maybe) Other thoughts I had were why not Superman 2 with Shazam(Capt. Marvel) being introduced half way through to help Superman defeat Brainiac.. leading into the JLA movie with Darkseid!! Booster Gold movie with Blue Beetle (Ted KOrd), would be awesome having them join the 80's type feel JL after they guve a little back ground on each charachter up to their freindship. Oh well... got run.miss you all till next time...... K
July 10, 2012 7:40 am We have issue #100 for TWD and believe it or not it seems like it is going to give us something different for the first time in a long time, I for one am excited to read this issue! Of course this week I also get Suicide Squad, in my feeling this is the best title out there and is very underated; if your not reading it or you are looking for a good title to read this is the one, you will not be disappointed. I would suggest picking up the back issues first or the trade or both to get caught up because, this is just a great comic book. we also have Batman and Robin which has also been underated and Damian is about to head down the path I thought he would take and once he does I do not think there will be a return. The conclusion of the Court of Owls in Batman should be very good as well!! Just a fine week!! K
July 10, 2012 7:21 am Still they best title on the market, the artwork, the story and the characters are fantastic! You got mystery, action, drama and a traitor!! Last issue Yo-Yo was just sick looking, I can't see how Waller or why she is trying to convince him he is like indestructible?? His face is a mess!! The traitor seems to be leading more and more towards our beloved Deadshot! He has got to do what he has got to do to take care of his little girl and that seems like the best reason on why he would be the traitor. K
July 9, 2012 12:43 pm I am excited, even after the heckling I have gave Marvel! I think it is great and would be even better if they just rebooted the whole Universe and called it that completely! I think the two oldest companys both need some updating and refreshing, The New 52 for DC was pretty good for the most part. There ares till a few characters that should have never bin remade or changed since they are stil fairly new, I think it should always be the more famous ones that have been around for some time. Marvel I think if they look at what they have a reboot for those characters that are older would be great and if they cut down on the number if issues for certain titles would be a blessing for readers who would like to jump on board. ie..X-Men, Spiderman and the Avengers respectively. Good for you Marvel and DC as well welcome to the future. K
July 5, 2012 12:18 am I've said it over and over again and here is more proof, call it what you will, it's another Marvel non-original idea. Mind you people do this in business alll of the time. I for once just want someone to admit that Marvel follows DC and always has and thats what has kept Marvel alive. There are things each company does well and I enjoy them both however; lets just say it..... Copied again!! HA!! K
June 25, 2012 5:56 pm Hell yes!! This should be an awesome issue as last issue was so damn creepy and the villian was so damn evil!! Lets do this!! K
June 19, 2012 10:54 am Read the preview over at CBR, has got me excited to read the rest and this cover is so wicked!! I mean really a wicked, wicked cover; I got to say this should be a poster. If you are a horror fan, you may wanna pick this up as a poster if they ever made one. K
June 19, 2012 10:47 am Still liking the AVX title and do not understand what is the problem with others not liking it. This is a good old fashioned comic book and there are no super deep plots or plans right now as it seems. I am enjoying the ride and I do not want to get off. Artwork has been pretty darn good as well and I still think The Phoenix is after someone other than Hope and now it has possesed some of the X-Men because of the Iron Man Phoenix Buster splitting it up. K
June 19, 2012 10:43 am This is issue #14 of a great title right now and there has been only one issue where I was like this is so/so! If you were ever intrested in DD and you were not sure where to start or what to read then this would be your comicbook right here. Get this if it comes out in trade and then read the single issues; you will not be disappointed! K
