I’m not digging Khoi Pham. But I like the plot and the script. Especially the line “He alpha flighted ’em.”…

Dammit!!! I want to be there!! specially now you guys get people to sign stuff and that meetup party. May be next year.

So Paul is not going to SDCC? Or he's gonna get there by walking? Would like to see him at SDCC someday.

it sucks that I never got a chance to visit the shop. It seems like  stores that can stay up are mostly in Manhattan. I don't see many LCS in Queens or Brooklyn at all.

@ifanboys as we can see from this episode, you guys have hone you skills really well.  Just like Bryan O'Malley's art. LOL.

@comicbookchris digital chicken tastes just as good as regular chicken. eventually, it will replace all fried chicken places all over the city. Including the two right across from my workplace. =p

Bought mine at midtown and I finished reading on my subway ride back to queens. Then I re-read it again.  I agree that this volume is just ended. It's a a bit disappointed because of the set up it has on volume 5. The plot definitely sped up a bit too fast. I still like the fighting and the video game stuff that's going on. I still think Y: the last man no.1 on this decade and scott pilgrim is right behind it.But scott pilgrim brought a huge impact on graphic novel format and the appeal for casual comic fans. Hopefully, I can see more of the Scott pilgrim world in the future, but I doubt it will happen just like y: the last man. When it ends, it ends. No more sequels. I wonder what O'Malley will do next, his art definitely made a huge improvement from beginning to end. Is he going to do volumes base series again?

This is a question for ifanboys. Do you guys think it would be better if they have a volume 7? So the plot wouldn't feel so rushed?

I didn't finish reading Full Metal Alchemist, but I heard it just ended this month. So At least I can catch up and finish it. it's a must read. I think I own most of my mangas in the fantasy genre.

One Piece is definitely a must read too because of the creator put so many unique characteristics for each Straw Hats member and their past and them against a mysetrious world government.

Can't wait to see what type of mangas u would recommend crime solving, teen drama, robots/tech, or sports.

J/w which genres would you put Ranma, Air Gears, and Rurouni Kenshin in?

June 30, 2010 12:05 am @ron you sold me on getting cowboys ninja viking. thanks. =)

@ifanboy. wondering are you guys start doing those funny sponsor segments again? its been a long time.

June 29, 2010 11:55 pm I digg it. I wonder if anyone will dress as this Wonder Woman at cons. It's not that hard to make that costume right?
June 24, 2010 8:44 pm i wonder where that third Midtown Comics store is going to be located. There's already two CS at the downtown area already. Are they gonna be above ground level again?

Even though I live in Queens, I don't really know the LCS in my area. I just take the LIRR straight to Penn station and pay a visit to either Midtown or Jim Hanley's.

As for a comic book series might be bad for a movie, how about Alan Moore's Top 10? It's a buddy cop kind of series. I don't think they can do a story for just 2 hours. May be a TV series but definitely not a movie.
