Good luck Ron.

On a totally unrelated note:  Web site design for the Jim Bohannon Show = yikes.  Click through for 1997.

Great column Sonia.

So you're from the UK, live in San Francisco, enjoy the X-men ... Have you met Ron?

Also, if you could take a moment to explain Fred Basset to us Yanks that would be great.  It seems that there is always a missing final panel in Fred Basset comics ... possibly one that makes it funny.

Keep up the great work!

As a Minnesotan, I must clarify that WMIS is listed as broadcasting to the greater Bemidji Minnesota listening area and not Minneapolis, which, unfortunatley, is way out of my radio listening range.

Also, WMIS is a self described "Female Oriented Talk Station" ... ... ... that is soooo right up Josh's alley.

Let me know how it goes!

July 4, 2008 1:08 pm I just noticed that the first seasons of BTAS and STAS were added to iTunes this past Tuesday.  Also added were Batman Beyond, Super Friends, Aquaman, George Reeves Superman, and Max Fleischer's 1940's Superman Cartoons.

I'm not even sure that I totally understand what is going on here but ... they had me at Time Bullets.

June 18, 2008 10:50 pm If you've ever wondered what the dish-washing arrangement at the Lane/Kent household was, then check out this issue.  We also learn that Red Tornado is a Peeping Tom and if porn is available on the Justice League computers.  Red Tornado's new suit on the last page was pretty cool but overall ... kind of a weird issue.

Like most things, I relate your situation to baseball.

It's like you're a cubs fan; you don't expect them to win The Series, in fact you you believe (nay - expect with absolute certainty) that your heart will be broken.  However, the season will certainly be a roller coaster ride that you can constantly compare to "the good ol days".  And there is value in that.

Sure, for the Cubs the good ol days were back in 1908, and for the Flash ... well, not quite getting to the century mark since it's former greatness.  But I'm sure you can see the point I'm trying to make here.  And that point, of course, is to blame bad comics on a goat.
