Name: Doyle Clark

Bio: I've been an avid comics reader since I could read.  I sometimes take brief vacations from the comics medium, but always to return.  The longest stint has been the last 8 years or so.  Had a lot going on and just didn't take the time to enjoy a good comic.  Now I'm back, luckily.  Reading and starting to write/sketch out some comic ideas.Little Known Fact: I created Red Lantern when I was 13.  Seventeen years ago.  Take that DC.

February 7, 2012 10:25 am I'll weigh in with my opinion of the Moore controversies. If he was as humble as he is brilliant, there would be a unanimous positive opinion of him. I do agree with his comments of the "Before Watchmen" project. Nobody ever asked DaVinci for a sequel to the Mona Lisa. I am reluctantly excited for Before Watchmen though. If the idea won over Darwyn Cooke, it can't be all bad.
February 7, 2012 10:20 am I don't know, this IS the comics industry we're talking about. We bag, board, and hoard. That goes for emotions as well as the comics themselves.
February 7, 2012 10:17 am great analogy!
January 31, 2012 10:37 am If this is anything like Path of the Planeswalker when I get to the shop tomorrow, I won't be buying it. I wasn't thrilled with the story for that and the art was lacking.
November 17, 2011 9:30 pm Ennis was the only reason I picked this series up. Didn't want to let another "Preacher" slip by.... sadly, it's not Preacher. :(
August 31, 2011 10:35 am VERY excited for JL Dark. The re-"whatever" is giving me the perfect opportunity to jump on to Justice League as well. I'm stoked for Swamp Thing, but I'll actually be trade-waiting it, I'm still reading Moore's classic run on the title. I'll be picking up Action and Superman monthly and I'm pretty anxious about it.
August 18, 2011 6:48 pm seriously Mr. Montgomery, HILARIOUS way to start off that article!
August 12, 2011 2:29 pm definitely picking this up.  He's been so excited about this project.
August 4, 2011 11:56 am Library editions are great! Heavy duty and the sketches and explanations in the back are nice as well.
August 1, 2011 10:12 am Wow. They did a pretty good job. Can't wait to see it after Cap info gets inserted.
