Name: Doyle Clark

Bio: I've been an avid comics reader since I could read.  I sometimes take brief vacations from the comics medium, but always to return.  The longest stint has been the last 8 years or so.  Had a lot going on and just didn't take the time to enjoy a good comic.  Now I'm back, luckily.  Reading and starting to write/sketch out some comic ideas.Little Known Fact: I created Red Lantern when I was 13.  Seventeen years ago.  Take that DC.

May 7, 2012 12:58 pm I agree with that first point. A retailer could never afford to boycott Marvel or DC. At the same time, those two companies have enough problems looking like the bad guy to the fanboys (for various reasons and various opinions) and I think they would be afraid of looking like a bully.

March 22, 2012 11:34 am I would wager that Brady Ellison has never had to take a shot while dodging bullets and lasers.... The comparison GeekDad is a great article on proper archery form, but it's way out of context. I wouldn't want to lightly grasp a bow when it's my only "super" feature and some bad guy could run up and knock it out of my hand.

DC Comics Announces SMALLVILLE SEASON 11 in Comics – Digital & Print
February 9, 2012 9:27 am This certainly gives me a reason to catch up on Smallville. I'm only 9 and a half seasons behind. Looks like Whedon might be leaving a noticeable mark on the comics industry after all.
