I'm a little irritated that they pretty much spoiled the ending of Captain America: Rebirth.

I don't know, the dialog in this issue seemed a little forced. Not a bad issue, just not as good as the others have been.

I really liked this series. Hope the mini will be good too.

December 1, 2009 10:33 pm @Grandturk: Meh, to each his own. To me, Benson = bleh.

Ya, it sucks that Loeb has anything to do with it, but I'm sure that you can get everything else that isn't written buy Loeb and still know what's what. For example, I didn't buy the Hulk 600 travesty, but started buying it at 601 with Pak, because all that Loeb accomplished was that Banner couldn't turn into Hulk anymore, and that was explained in the recap page. So I'm sure that anything that could be remotely "important" in any of the Loeb comic's will just be explained, so again, no need to get them.

December 1, 2009 4:00 am Walker's art looked a lot better in this issue than it did in the last few issues he worked on. Like, during the War Of Kings tie-in, I wasn't particularly fond of the art, it seemed off with somethings and some of the facial expressions looked... strange, but in this issue the art looked really good. I donno, maybe it's just me.

December 1, 2009 3:47 am BMB is kind of a meh writer. I dropped New Avengers and thinking of dropping Dark Avengers because most of the time its pretty bland.

If Joe Kelly would write more Deadpool and Spidey comics, I would buy them in a heartbeat. That issue of Spider-man was great.

@frijolie:Though Deadpool is a good character, it depends on who the writer is if it will actually be funny. Kelly, of course. Benson: God no. Van Lante: Pretty good at it.

@comicdork37:If you read the one shot Deadpool story Benson wrote a while back, you would understand why all the hatred.

I'm a little miffed that they charged $4.99 for only 23 pages of actual comic, then a few pages preview of the next issue, which might have been a bit cool if it was several weeks or a month or so away and not coming out the next fucking week, and then just a reprints. God, Marvel is really pissing me off lately with this kind of crap. JMS will be missed, hopefully Gillen will do a good job with it.
