May 18, 2011 6:44 pm Honestly people, skip this, spend the extra $ and grab the Omnibus Vol. 1. More issues, More everything! What is this exactly? Reformatted???.....to what? Anyone have a clue?

@rjspring It's also frustrating that they are re-releasing this story in yet ANOTHER HC collection, when they have yet to even finish collecting the series (up-to-date) in the Omnibus collections......which btw are gorgeous.
May 18, 2011 6:38 pm No reason this shouldn't be closer to the $59.99 Starman Omnibus price range. 'Nuff said!
February 28, 2011 3:48 pm Can someone confirm if this is the last issue of Secret Warriors ever, or just the last for Hickman.....or is it neither. I keep hearing rumours back and forth.
February 17, 2011 4:25 am Thx Mike. Great piece.

I agree with a ton of what was said above, especially the Clark/Lois stuff.

However, as far as Peter goes, I've always found myself FAR more interested in the relationship and time he's spent with Gwen over MJ (and yes, Ultimate Spiderman has been superior to most books since it's re-launch, it's silly). I think it's because I felt both people really wanted one another, and there was a genuine feeling of love in that regard. Whereas MJ just seemed like the girl who got a kick with having power over Peter/Spiderman - and he should feel lucky just being able to say he's with her. I dunno......just feels false, or maybe a relationship that's marked for failure. But Gwen and Peter seem like a true love that has always had fates ghosts' tossing it's demons at their door - thus it's destined to end far before it should, if ever / / which is so truly heart breaking.

I guess I feel akin more to this then I should admit, but I have been through more then a few relationships that involve girls who relate so closely to what you've mentioned above, that it's scary. And, all the more, make me appreciate, take a step back, then take stock in how lucky I am to be with the girl I'm with. She's most definitely my Iris.
February 13, 2011 2:35 pm I loved the show the first 5 seasons or so, but lost interest after that. Maybe an error on my part.

Either way I'll def be checking out the series finale now that Lex is returning.
February 8, 2011 2:58 am Agreed. This has been a great ride.

Can't wait for an omnibus of this entire series, too.

Side Note: Imaginary Friends Studios?
January 27, 2011 9:58 pm @Invasionforce - hey, dude! When you click on someones review & it says 'NO' spoilers you aren't suppose to give away the spoiler IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!!! Thank god I already read it earlier.
January 25, 2011 9:23 am Honestly?!? Is this employee serious??? This has been a rumour for some time, and I'm actually very surprised it didn't happen WAAAAY sooner. I heard about them shutting down about two years ago - yet it still (kinda) chugged along. Along with rumours that Wizard had no new stories in the pipe & kept re-hashing old interviews and publishing back logged stories should have been a clear sign.

I really can't understand how this employee is surprised in any manner what-so-ever.

This is very unfortunate though. You never like to see someone lose their job.
January 25, 2011 9:08 am I'd be getting this & the last volume as well IF they had kept Vol. 1 in print. I missed the boat on it, as did many others I'd guess. Too bad. Makes you think, maybe these would sell even better if Vol. 1 was put back in print. Hmmm.....
