Story of an elite FBI unit which uses imprisoned felons to catch and stop current criminals – who share the same M.O., is an interesting (if not somewhat overused) concept.

It was enough to entice me to check out, but I will go no further than this 1st issue.

Story and characters are flat – followed by some of the most horrendous dialogue I’ve read in years. On several occasions even seemingly copy and pasting dialogue from previous pages.

Panel and sequence changes are rough and muddled, though the art is a (somewhat) saving grace at times. Fans of Tony Harris’ work are surely to get some mild enjoyment out of Shasteen’s efforts, however it is not enough to keep this reader aboard.

Story: 1 - Poor
Art: 3 - Good
