It has been a kick ass pace since WD hit 50, and god damn I fuckin love this book

March 10, 2009 10:52 am Im twenty six and i have been reading comics since i was about 8 years old, and i remember leaving comics around the time the whole Onslaught saga started, i think i stopped reading them around the time I started dating a cheerleader in my last year of junior high. I then came back to comics my freshman year of college when i read the Watchmen for the first time, and i was completely floored...
March 8, 2009 11:23 pm The most tragic aspect of this movie turning out to be what i think was a success, is that now everyone will know how amazing this story is, and it will no longer be as special as it was before....when only "we" knew how great it was
February 10, 2009 9:49 am We need another WD video podcast or at least a discussion in the audio podcast, its been a while since the last one and a number of trades have come out since then, lets go guys get on your horse and get to work!

Is it just me or did Norman Osborn look like Tommy Lee Jones?

December 17, 2008 9:33 am  I'd say close to 80% of the books i get now are indie in some way shape or form (Image, vertigo, dark horse). I have taken a hatchet to my pull list lately and the books that have found themselves on the chopping block were all DC or Marvel books. Books like Brian Woods DMZ are incredible and definatly dont get enough credit.
September 18, 2008 8:31 am Other than the giant scrotum in this issue, i like the direction this book is going. The reveal at the end has made this much more interesting, i mean honestly who doesnt find a decked out super-powered muslim extremist, wearing cowboy boots, and dual weilding scimitar blades on the wing of an F-22 entertaining:)
September 16, 2008 8:44 am Conor is right it is an awsome trade read, i personally read it in issues but i also own all the tpb. What i love is that there is no indication of where one issue ends and one issue begins, its just one fluid story in trades....its very nice. I want to convert to the hardcovers but the tpb are so easy to carry around and read on subways and such.
September 11, 2008 12:19 pm I read PAx Romano, Red Mass from Mars, and Transhuman of all of these Transhuman has been the most consistently shipped book. I dont mind the length of time in shipping b/c Hickman's work is consistently fucking awsome. ****Also his website www.pronea.com has him commenting on his upcoming work with Bendis on the new Nick Fury book this January, if accurate this should be very exciting!!
