So...now...I love Los Campesinos!  I've never really heard them before reading this issue.  While reading the issue, I looked up their Myspace...listened to the song Lloyd listened to...three times, mind you...and now, I cant stop listening to them.

Good stuff, Gillen.  Good stuff.

honestly, i didnt think it was that bad.  not much of a story, the art was ok to me.  but it was just kinda cool seeing this game in comic form.

i dunno, maybe you just have to appreciate the game to enjoy it.  and the hopefully, the story will develop.

September 13, 2008 12:22 pm @zenman I agree...but the variant is gorgeous...still kinda kicking myself for not getting the last one at my LCS.
September 3, 2008 4:09 am I like where it's going.  I knew if I held on to Spidey it'd turn around!  And yes, Kudos to JR Jr.

I gotta admit that the run has been pretty crappy...but I do love'em Titans.  I dunno, I just hope DC can pull them back in the right direction.

September 3, 2008 4:05 am Not too many Beast fans out there?  I guess the Origins line HASNT been thaaaat great.  But still, it's Hank!
September 3, 2008 4:03 am I'm a liiitle confused...this is a one-shot right?  Anywho, yeah Magik is a pretty rad character...but again...Marvel with the $3.99'ers...it's killing me.

@zattaric Marvel and money grubbing? nah... (I forgot how to use the sarcasm key).  Anyway, with all these freakin $3.99 books that Marvel keeps pumping out, it makes me REALLY wonder if I NEED this.

Then again, I agree about Iceman, I hope it's a doozy.  I'll prolly just thumb it at my LCS and decide.

August 24, 2008 2:50 am @nstorts - I agree with that completely.  Cheesy issue, but I still had a lot of fun with it.  Lighten up, kids...just have fun once in a while, will ya?
July 28, 2008 6:21 pm I gotta say...I think I really like this Crusader guy...no matter which way he ends up leaning.  And yeah, where's Casseli?  (Not that i necessarily dislike Tolibao's work.)
