I agree about the art, but i might give them one or two issues to hook me because i really like Bedard's REBELS book and I think he's great at the cosmic stuff.

July 16, 2010 5:25 am Am I the only one who cares about Dini's Streets of Gotham book? To me that's the only book today who tells real (IMO) Batman stories, and i'm getting kinda worried that no one is talking about it. Please don't be canceled!!

I agree, Ferry really need that super-hyped project that will have the fans buzzing like what i think Thor is gonna be now with the movie next year and all. Finally he will have the attention and respect he deserves.

June 10, 2010 2:33 pm Ferry is a great talent indeed. I recommend everybody to try to hunt down the Adam Strange mini he did with Andy Diggle (i think) a couple of years back. Really great stuff!

May 22, 2010 11:40 am I can't believe no one has mentioned Shang-chi the Master of Kung Fu from the 70's, the grand daddy of all Kung Fu comics (IMHO). It's by writer Doug Moench and artist Paul Gulacy, two brilliant creators. Don't know if it's collected but do try to find the issues, it's totally worth it if you love all things Kung Fu.

May 11, 2010 12:04 pm This is definitely not a light week for me so i won't be picking any of these up. If that wasn't the case I may have given Frenemy a look but Benes' art is really not my cup of tea even though I like Simone's writing. As we have seen recently with Philip Tan's art on Batman and Robin, if you don't like the art it can really hurt a well written book. So sorry DC, maybe down the road if you swith art teams i'll give it a chance.
