July 27, 2009 8:01 pm @SummerSleep - I agree, I thought the last issue was the best so far, mainly because it was all Fury, I could care less about the team at this point, but I'm optimistic.
July 14, 2009 10:48 pm Looks like I know what I'll be re-reading this week, but thats ok, looking forward to cracking open the Vol.1 hardcover again.
July 4, 2009 3:07 pm When were they going to announce that Cap had a bum boob job?  Seriously, couldn't the plastic surgeons tell that they made one just a tad bit bigger than the other?
June 28, 2009 9:25 am I remember that summer fondly.  Outside of school, my daily routine consisted of riding my bike around town.  My summer outfit consisted of biker shorts, Batman t-shirts, and the Batman painter cap, which worn with the bill flipped up, had Batman in black text over neon green.  I think I may have had Panama Jack sunglasses too.  Come to think of it, I could probably still rock that outfit in some circles.
May 17, 2009 9:58 am Just won an Ebay auction for Bendis' Fire, Jinx, Torso, and Goldfish all for $20 bucks!  Have read Torso and Jinx already and can't wait to tackle the other two.  I was thinking Torso is due for a reread as well, loved that book.
May 17, 2009 9:53 am Damn it, after a slow and disappointing previous arc, I was all set to switch to trades after issue#60 and couldn't work up the courage to have it taken from my pull list at the shop, not when a fresh batch of unread pages is resting so close to the register.  I have no will power.  This issue was great too.  I'm kind of wishing Kirkman would have saved using Ben's "troubles" a little farther down the line in the story, but it was still satisfying.
May 17, 2009 9:44 am @TNC - Ditto.  Owner hands books, buyer casually and without suspicion makes his way down to the "W" section, buyer places comic back on shelf.

Just finished this weeks books last night, and wow, there is no way I couldn't make this my pick.  I have to say that I've had a quite a few average weeks here lately where I haven't been that excited about picking up or reading my books, but after reading this issue my excitement for my comics was rekindled.  This was the first time in a long time that I was able to give something 5 stars.  Great comic.

May 1, 2009 10:46 pm @Cotton - Just finished Sandbaggers: Series One last week, and no doubt is Paul Crocker lifted straight out of Neil Burnside's three piece suit.  Though production quality is quite poor, it has to be some of the best dialogue I've ever seen in a television show.
April 19, 2009 9:23 am I don't think I've ever heard anything mentioned about The Killer from Archaia Studio Press.  Excellent crime book, its only made it to the first volume in HC and I think two or three single issues after that, so definitely not something that will take too much time to read.
