November 27, 2012 8:28 pm This is going off ALLLLL memory here (meaning I've tried looking on the internet, but couldn't find where these would be archived), but I seem to remember Shooter running a Bullpen Bulletins a few months later in all the Marvel books, talking about this 20/20 piece AND talking about how everyone DID attribute credit to Jack Kirby AND laying all the blame for absence of it at the news makers feet. Not saying what he was saying was true, but I think this was an issue that was immediately addressed back then. Anybody want to find a link to THAT, I'd be forever grateful.
May 31, 2012 1:34 pm Honestly? I'm a MUCH bigger fan of what happened in the two panels AFTER this one. #butmaybethatsjustme
July 13, 2011 6:31 pm Eh.  LXG was a fine movie;  not the greatest ever; but enjoyable enough for me.  Like any Alan Moore property that's been made into a commerical movie, I'm all for a remake some 25 years after the original try, but I don't think League, as it's base concept, is as a universal enough idea to really attract a mass auidence, especially when you're throwing around names like Spielberg & Clooney.  Just those two, as examples, prefer to do their "own" thing & The League, in it's nature, the opposite of being ANYBODY'S "own" thing.
April 21, 2011 12:32 pm The crazy thing is since this is Erik Larsen, this is EXACTLY what I would expect to find in a average issue of Savage Dragon.
April 14, 2011 4:53 pm So I take it that the elephant in the room is that Jock won't be returning to Detective?  Bummer.
April 14, 2011 4:48 pm Nit pick:  uh, if we're talking about the JLA storyline where Batman figured out how to individually take down all of his teamates one-by-one (Tower of Babel or something, I believe), then that was Mark Waid, not Grant Morrison.

While I don't know if any of his stuff is traded and readliy available, Phil Jimenez's run, while mired a bit by the lack of consistant art, is really THE definite modern run of Wonder Woman, if Perez's run could not be considered "modern".  Even more than Rucka's run was.

I've got 500 on it being Iris.  No, wait, I mean Wally.  F**k.  I don't know.  Never mind.  #makeuppredictionsassoonaspossible

April 3, 2011 3:25 pm @TomE  @Homer  No problems here.  Downloaded a bit quicker than usual from iTunes for me litterally minutes after the show Twitter post.
April 3, 2011 3:19 pm After listening, reading Detective #875 for my first time.  It seems James IS Barbara's step-brother, as the scene with Jim talking to his EX-wife about their son James.  I may be jumping the gun here (I'm not finished yet), but that seems to be the missing part from the discussion that could have cleared things up a bit.
February 17, 2011 7:25 pm F' AWESOME.  My girl Kat Dennings doing her thing.....gotta admit, not loving homeboy's delivery of the accent, though.  #ahwell
