Making The Case For TV-Like Seasons in Comics and Fewer Ongoing Promises
October 21, 2012 2:30 pm I read somewhere that Peter David suggested dropping a numbering system and going to naming it after the month. Example being something like New Avengers Oct. 2012. Then we make this idea of renumbering void. Creative teams can come and go with no effect to the way the title is released. More emphasis on the story. Less emphasis on all the other bullshit that fans and publishers choose to deem integral to the comic book experience. Sounds like a good idea to me.

PREVIEW: X-Men: Legacy #1
October 17, 2012 7:25 pm Agreed. I sought out Extermination because of hearing Spurrier was doing this book. Wasn't a big fan of X Club so I didn't think I was going to pick up Legacy, but since I love Legion I wanted to give him a second chance. That's how I stumbled upon Extermination. Now it's one of my favorite indie titles. Really makes me hope Si Spurrier brings the heat for Legacy, now that I know what he is capable of.

Who Has The Best Villains in Comics?
September 28, 2012 6:45 pm Personally, I don't think he has the best. But, I think the argument could be made for Wolverine. Maybe his rogues re too much X Men baddies. Omega Red, Sabretooth, Mystique, Silver Samurai, and let's not forget RAZOR FIST!

Sam Humphries and Ron Garney Shalt Kill with UNCANNY X-FORCE
September 17, 2012 5:44 pm Reading these comments reminds me of the same comments I read before Remender penned issue one of uncanny x force. If this book is a success, I will be the guy who is laughing his head off when the bandwagon rolls by and you all are running for dear life to catch a ride.

Walt Disney’s Uncle Scrooge, Vol. 1: Only a Poor Old Man
September 15, 2012 10:35 pm I am also supremely bummed about no streaming duck tales. Pretty sure you can obtain the DVDs for a reasonable price. Along with Darkwing, Rescue Rangers, and Tail Spin, Do you read the kaboom series for DW Duck and Duck Tales? I had to dip them both for financial reasons. Maybe I thought I was too hip for "kid stuff." They were both fun reads, for sure.
