EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK: Cover To CABLE AND X-FORCE #2; Variant Cover To CABLE AND X-FORCE #1

Marvel Comics has given us, and now we have given you, an exclusive first look at two covers for the upcoming Cable and X-Force series! The first is the cover to Cable and X-Force #2 by series artist Salvador LaRocca.

It would appear that Cable suffers from migraines, which is no fun even if you’re not lost in time with prematurely grey hair. Next is a Mike Deodato variant for the first issue.

In which Cable looks like a cross between Nick Fury and Iron Man. Cable and X-Force kicks off in December.

Comments

  1. So now that he’s not using his TK power to keep the virus at bay, this makes Cable an incredibly powerful psychic now, right? Like, Nate Grey-level powerful.

    • Probably so but you’ve also gotta figure he’s never trained himself with those powers as offensive so he still has a little ways to go before he pulls some Nate-style shenanigans like making everyone in central park think he’s invisible or crazy mind altering stuff like that

    • Last I knew, most of his TK is gone after the Surfer incident. He burned it out.

  2. ummmm no one remembers cable and deadpool when he had full control of his powers and took on the silver surfer

  3. Na knowing Marvel, the writer will come up with some gimmick to reduce his powers to nothing like they did Nate Grey. The Summers family cannot catch a break!

  4. Reminds me a little bit of Big Boss from Metal Gear… yessir, this series could work.

  5. I remain positive about the new x force books. This book sounds fun. Helluva team lineup.

  6. Cable’s guns = Overcompensation

  7. Cyber Nick Fury from the Future with Special Mutant Blood Action!
