I can’t believe I’m picking up the second book tomorrow, but this book was great. Everyone seems convinced that Luthor supplied the human DNA, and I suppose that’s true, but they’ve laid out the possibility that it is Fairchild or someone else. I’d love it to be odder than Luthor, although I suppose that’s where the most juice would be.

    This has the feel of Weapon X without it being good. I read it but I came out thinking I just don’t care for this character. His inner dialog didn’t seem authentic and I found myself coming in and out of the story.
