Great jumping on point, feels like a classic batman story with the “bad guy(s)” actually seeming scary. Loved the art, story development, and overall direction of this book. Excellent first issue and hopefully the rest of this series delivers the same punch. I remember final crisis starting off great and then after issue four it went down hill, hopefully batman and robin do not follow this direction.
