May 23, 2013 4:22 pm So it was Apple's fault now: http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/2013/05/comixology-pulls-56-digital-comics-from-ios-app/?utm_source=feedly
May 23, 2013 3:50 pm I pretty much called the reveal. The 'Norman Osborn' is not shocking or dramatic anymore, but Waid and Samnee are such masters at this craft, it becomes a whole event.
May 21, 2013 2:24 am DC gets a a lot of negative press for how it treats creators, but last time I checked, John Ostrander was suffering from Glaucoma and struggling with his medical bills: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=22475 I hope he is in good health now, but good for DC to give him some work.
May 20, 2013 1:29 am >Frazier Irving >terrible does not compute
May 19, 2013 3:18 am Andy Diggle. Paul Cornell also went really fast, as soon as his contract expired.
May 18, 2013 11:42 am I don't know if you are being obtuse or ignorant on this issue. The details of why Card specifically was the target have been mentioned a million times. It is far more than his beliefs that got him in the mess. Would you say the same of Card was Chair of an organization that furthered the agenda of segregating public schools on grounds of ethnicity.
May 18, 2013 11:33 am I don't know how believing in Magic is any different than believing in monotheist religion and how knowing an artists belief in either lessens his or her work's worth. How can you even appreciate Terrence Malick's films without the context of his Christian faith? Isn't the knowledge of Bradbury's Humanism only enchances the experiencs of his work? I recently saw something similar during the discussion of the new Tom Cruise movie, where people flat-out said they hate him because of his religion. The actions of the Church of Scientology are oppressive, and you might think that only messed up people might follow such an institution, but the Catholic Church has committed worse crimes and it has 1.2 billion followers. I am going to tell you right now that if you find out that your favorite artist is devoutly Catholic, it would only improve your appreciation of his or her work? There was this meme on social media recently about how "it's not your beliefs, it's what you do with them." People think less of Orson Scott Card not because of his beliefs, but because of his actions.

May 18, 2013 10:56 am The only adjective I have for Fraction's FF is wonderful. or is that an adverb? Anyway, it's rather brilliant.
May 18, 2013 10:51 am @ithoSapien The term you are looking for is Schadenfreude. The term for DC's actions, on the other hand is, Shenanigans. It is not weird to laugh at shenanigans. But my reaction to this news is http://i.imgur.com/Uhzcl.gif *runs off crying*
