.....and just like that I am back on board with this series.
Oh I'm sorry, I typed up the final sentence before doing the actual review. Let's rewind shall we?
-----------------------------
For the last couple of issues I have been really thinking about dropping this title. Again it's hasnt been awful, just boring. Even the most boring issue of Nova can be better then most Marvel titles 9 out of 10 times. But considering how this went from crazy awesome to snooze fest, I was really worried AnL were losing their touch on the comic. Thankfully, not only does this title bring me back to a loving relationship with it, it actually goes back to status quo pretty quickly.
With last weeks 'shocking' reveal, we now know why Worldmind is acting up so much. Apparently Ego the Living Planet took over Worldmind right from the start and now it's up to Richard to get everything back to normal. For a comic that was so slow moving, this thing really went full throttle from page one. But there's still breathing room for characters to talk and express themselves (something Mark Millar should learn with Old Man Logan). I literally laughed out loud when Rider chooses the 'barrier' between him and Ego. But then we get other moments like Vulcan torturing the Nova Prime, or Robbie going out to save everyone; and your reminded on how action packed this title can be.
Let me get this out of my chess though. I know I put this on spoilers but if you dont wanna read this statement then dont read it. *clears throat*
YESSSS!!! WORLDMIND IS BACK IN RICHARD!!!!!
This was a very fun issue overall. It brought back memories on why this title is so good to begin with. A great mix of drama and action to make it the most perfect Space Opera comic out there. Hell giving that this week's 'Green Lantern' disappointed me so much, I am almost ready to call Nova the better title of the two. But craziness aside I cant wait to see where the rest of this arc will go; as a War of Kings tie-in and for the adventures of Richard Rider.
....and just like that I'm back on board with this series.

Great review! This is the Nova I’ve been waiting for! Worldmind and Nova are like peanut butter and jelly, Sonny and Cher, Rocket Racoon and rockets. You can’t have one w/o the other! Plus, I have to say that Worldmind is looking MUCH better these days! You sexy Kree Supercomputer, you.,,
