I’m not sure what to make of this book. I had little to no expectations for it, but still found myself a bit underwhelmed. Don’t get me wrong, the book is solid, but if not for the love of the character, the first issue did nothing to make me want to pick up the next. The art is good, if a little stiff at times, but I do like it. Let’s just hope it picks up sooner rather than later.
