Well for me, this was far and away the only good issue out of the 4 issues of OMIT.  I like the idea of Doctor Strange, Tony, and Reed wiping everyone's memories far better than it being because Peter and MJ made a deal with the devil (yes I realize if it wasn't for that deal this wouldn't have happened) and I fee like this was a much better written issue than the previous three.  I think MJ leaving Peter was overall pretty believable (more believable than the rediculous not wanting to marry him cause of kids thing) and the emotions expressed by both characters was written in a way that seemed genuine.  The art, other than a couple of weird MJ drawings from Joe Q, was very good and actually was the one good thing about this series. 

Also, still loving the 2 page backups!
