October 26, 2014 1:08 pm I enjoyed, and I thought they captured pretty much the essence of the comic. The movie never worked much for me, due to Reeves. I also think Friday night is a great time slot for it. For me, the best comic adaptation yet over Flash, Gotham, SHIELD, or whatever.

December 27, 2013 11:22 am Just watched Man of Steel last night and enjoyed it more than expected. I enjoyed the updated modernizing of the look and feel of the mythos--also the John Byrne touches. The third act got maybe a little long winded, but Supes and Zod acted as I might have imagined two god-like aliens to be.

October 13, 2013 4:50 pm I like Paul Pope doing just about anything. Since I haven't read Batman 100 yet, though have the paperback graphic novel, I'll have to listen to this later. Yes, I want Battling Boy too.
