October 4, 2009 10:53 am The pro to motion comics is that it's gotten me "reading" a monthly comic.  I'm a trade waiter by necessity.  There is nothing even remotely resembling a decent comic shop where I live.  I can get Spider Woman from Marvel monthly because it's beamed straight to my house via the magical internet.  I'll probably pick up the trade too because I really love Maleevs art.  With more choices, Marvel will be able to get more money from me and (probably) others that would like to read more comics but don't have anyway to get them.

October 3, 2009 10:38 am I've read it twice and lent it out once already.  A lot of the things yall discussed I'd thought about before, but yall had some new perspectives too.  This book is great to read, it's just as good to talk about and dwell on.  Great stuff, thanks for talking about it!

September 30, 2009 11:53 am I've read 3 or 4 Tom Strong trades.  I love them,  good action packed heroic fun.

September 8, 2009 10:17 pm Great review.  This book is incredible.  I find new things on every read (or thumb) through.  Even trying to explain it to multiple people I've found more in the story than I originally felt was there.  The message seems to be as deep and nuanced as the aesthetics.  I love it.

August 26, 2009 7:10 pm I haven't read this trade yet, but I really enjoyed Villains United and Six Degrees of Devastation.  I really like Simone's writing though.  I loved her run on Birds of Prey.
