June 19, 2012 5:50 pm Houghton bros rock! Love it when they do these sorts of videos. When I interviewed them earlier in the year I had a lot of fun writing up the article

February 1, 2012 1:15 pm When I started going out with my girlfriend she had just started to read through Preacher and had the entire run from a friend, as she finished that up I threw some Punisher MAX stuff her way which she loved as well. Fables on a hunch went down well, as is Chris Roberson's Memorial (and she's also super interested in the new Fables ongoing starting in March which is nice as I won't have to buy it now, she will :P hahaha). Batman, Animal Man and Swamp Thing have all come down incredibly well ... tried to mix it up a little with Green Lantern, but ... yeah that was a mistake. As long as you know what your partner is into, it really shouldn't be hard getting them to like things - at the end of the day, if they like reading fiction then there is a very good chance they are willing to give comics a try, just to sample another avenue of creativity.
January 31, 2012 10:08 am Has the artist changed since #1? Or is it still that painted style? Miss being able to read a Punisher book, one by Rucka no less!, but I found that art style unreadable.
January 31, 2012 7:43 am I'm pretty sure this is 30+ pages instead of the regular 22, besides it looks awesome so price shouldn't matter!
December 11, 2011 3:06 pm I was really enjoying this book but months and months back Francavilla had a month off and they brought in a filler artist (can't remember issue number... it had Spider-Man in it though) and it quickly became very apparent that I was only in this for the art. Got bored half way through and the book just slipped me by ever since - Def going back for a trade though, Francavilla's art has been gorgeous! Great to see him doing interiors!
December 7, 2011 6:19 pm It wasn't canned, they are delaying it to let Hickman flesh it out. A shame because the idea of 40 page novella's really intrigued me!
December 3, 2011 2:26 am Why isn't this on Comixlogy? It's a DC title technically right?
November 30, 2011 6:50 pm Isn't this a wallpaper available from Dark Horse's website? No idea, something similar has graced my desktop for the better half of this year and for good reason - it is gorgeous! Can't wait for this, and the omnibus!
