This is one of the best comics I’ve read this year, and the first one that had me laughing out…

December 11, 2012 8:06 pm The mysterious villain... Could he be the High Evolutionary?
December 11, 2012 7:55 pm I SO HOPE you're right. Superman DESERVES a great picture at last.
November 28, 2012 10:44 am I officially hate Layman now. How could he do this? How?! HOW?!! This raises the stakes in this series. Dramatically. Literally. Not a Pick of the Week, more like a punch to the chest. While you're distracted eating strawberry ice cream. Well, it goes to show that a new series can have such compelling characters that a thing like this is actually painful to watch. Well done. I mean, I hate you, Layman!
November 19, 2012 6:37 pm Looking forward to this. If the comparison to Infinity Gauntlet holds, it'll be the kind of Marvel story I love.
November 16, 2012 2:58 pm The Hawkeye censor bar and the tags alone made the article. But Scott Summers, badass X-Man, was the image of the week for me.
November 2, 2012 6:46 pm I don't like Bachalo's art, but I cannot skip on a Cyclops' X-Men book. Make mine Marvel!
November 1, 2012 12:49 pm I was supposed to state the case for it, but the work speaks for itself. It's suspenseful, smart, loyal to the roots of the character and amazingly innovative for a 70+ years character.
October 25, 2012 10:04 pm Let's hope Bendis will work this angle on All New X-Men. I wasn't gonna pick it up, but one of the preview pages showed Cyclops crossing his arms into Victory-X position, and now I must check it out.
October 25, 2012 9:56 pm Scott's actions weren't based on a hunch. Cable saw the future that would happen if Hope was denied the Phoenix Force. It was all ashes and destruction. He told Scott about it. Cyclops wouldn't start a war with the Avengers on a whim. He acted out of sheer necessity and he got shoved into doing more every time the Avengers pulled off something stupid, like laying siege to Utopia or kidnapping Hope (which was VERY heroic, by the way).
