June 12, 2012 8:35 pm I don't know, seems inconsistent, I hate to be "that guy" on the comments and I'm really not trying to troll. At first I was "Thisss isss coool" but then I want more of what was at the beginning. That cat thing is great, but then the Alien in the Wolverine pic looks like it was drawn and clumsily filled in. I'd say more cat.
June 11, 2012 7:05 pm That series was great. Great mystery. I think I may have to crack those babies out of thier boxes for a read.
June 7, 2012 10:08 pm As long as they continue what EMH and the movie started to do. Feed my cosmic mojo and I'll be there.
May 18, 2012 10:36 am What a great batch. The Jaws one and the Trapjaw one are both stellar. I have to point out how good the Ms. Marvel one is too. She's a classy dame and doesn't rely on big boobs or major wedgie to look sexy. Kudos.
May 14, 2012 6:03 pm If you're suggesting that 11 is the best then I'd say it sits somewhere in the 9's or 10's. It's pretty damn good and well worth the watch. Lots of classic stories are covered.
May 14, 2012 5:46 pm Man, that HERO series was great. Full of lots of good concepts and lots of fun. Has anyone read the new one yet? I hope to pick it up in the next couple of days.
April 25, 2012 7:57 pm I vote for this. You could get someone with real knowledge about mental illness to write this and apply the DSM to superheros. That would be cool. It could kind of be like Tony Soprano going to the shrink and how the shrink tries to navigate the minds and egos of all these heroes and villains. Cool cool cool. I'd buy that. Maybe part of the MAX line???
March 12, 2012 6:16 pm Yeah, Bone is important because it reminds people why comics are fun for all ages and why it works so well as a medium. I have to say Louis Riel by Chester Brown is way up there for me. It shows you what comics are capable of. It teaches, draws you to conclusions, and makes you laugh out loud. I learned more from this than most of my junior highschool social studies. On that note Maus is up there too in the same regard. Any and all of Eisner's stuff is great. A Life Force is my fave there. I agree with Cosmic Marvel. Starlin is a genius and the galaxy he built has much to offer for many years. Marvel is missing me as a reader because there's currently NOTHING to read that way. All AvX. Pfft.
