First Look: PLANET OF THE APES: CATACLYSM #2 Covers
July 10, 2012 6:46 pm The Planet of the Apes stuff is the most under rated comics out there right now. The main ongoing is great and probably the book I look forward to most every month.

July 2, 2012 6:59 pm Agreed. I was a bit saddened by the Defenders comic. Didn't have the same excitement to it.
The truely sad thing is that this was NINE YEARS AGO. C'mon DC! I think we're due for another dose.

THANOS: SON OF TITAN by Joe Keatinge & Richard Elson Announced
July 2, 2012 6:53 pm I agree. With Marvel's forays into the galactic there is one element that's been missing and that's Starlin. Abnett and Lanning are a close second to Starlin on that front. I am excited for anything Thanos though and anything GotG.

I Guess My Heroes Were Losers
June 19, 2012 10:19 pm RAGMAN is COOL!!! Something about being a patchwork of lost souls makes him the most angsty hero out there. There was a series where Joe Kubert did all the covers which was great.

I Guess My Heroes Were Losers
June 19, 2012 10:14 pm I was afraid to list Darkhawk and Sleepwalker, but now I don't feel so bad. At least Deathlok is around but I've avoided the X-Men stuff with him in it. Is it any good?

June 19, 2012 7:58 pm Kyle Baker + Plastic Man= Comic book magic.
Unfortunately there were no X-Men or Batman guest starring in that series so it didn't last long. I believe it did collect an Eisner though in its short time of production. Well worth digging out of the back issue bins.

June 18, 2012 8:19 pm That JLA Scary Monsters comic reminds me of college. The Art Adams covers were worth it alone. And Plastic Man in finest form in that series.

June 18, 2012 8:17 pm This realy was a great series and well worth the money. Kyle Baker is a modern master of comics. It remains one of my favorite things from Marvel. Sometimes Marvel is willing to try something different and they did so with this comic.

TEASER – Enter: Ninjak from Valiant Comics
June 12, 2012 8:39 pm I'm digging the Valiant too. If they keep up with the kind of talent they're getting would it be reasonable to expect something REALLY REALLY cool for Solar and Turok???
On that note, are the rights of Solar with Valiant? I was seeing reprints of the Valiant stuff being released by Dark HOrse.
