July 18, 2011 8:30 pm I want them to compile all of the #7's in a hardcover.  It'd only be around $30, I think.  Much more exciting to me and only the best of them would make it...plus the ones they print regardless.
July 8, 2011 1:05 pm Really shocked that Red Skull: Incarnate wasn't on there.  One of those covers that was so pretty I want to hang it on my wall...but I don't want people to think I'm a Nazi, so I won't do that.
June 2, 2011 12:52 pm Might consider buying one...but that's stretching it.  I remember the announcement ages ago about James Robinson writing Hawkman and was looking forward to that.  Now, can't pay me to pick it up.
May 27, 2011 11:00 am Secret Warriors was my best panel of the week, easy....not to mention the entire page before that panel was pretty phenomenal as well.
April 21, 2011 12:52 am Love this series.  Actually have to thank James Robinson for that.  The week the first issue hit the shelves, so did the second and he said to me "This book is going to be amazing and the next big thing.  Trust me."  He also said something about it being Oni and that means it'll be awesome.
April 13, 2011 1:17 pm Exciting...though for the record, it's Chris McQuarrie, not Ralph.
April 1, 2011 12:00 pm I would say not a joke because the "The Torch has passed..." image is clearly JRJR.
March 4, 2011 12:34 pm Granted, one of my favorite comics is so dated it makes it more magnificent.  I'm talk of course about Jon Sable.  It is brilliant, campy and fun though.  Wouldn't trade it for the world.
January 5, 2011 11:20 pm Reading most of these.  I can say that Ultimate Thor is badass. So was Power Girl under Palmiotti/Gray/Conner, but I was reading it for them.  Sixth Gun is just fun and new, well written to boot.  Irredeemable and Northlanders are in trades for me, and Northlanders is really meant to be read that way, so it's never too late.  Irredeemable is interesting, but I could drop it without being too upset.

The biggest "you didn't read that?" to me is Cowboy Ninja Viking.  It's on the top of my stack every time it's out as I devour the writing and the art.  Can't get over how brilliant the art is.  For those that don't like the coloring, it's my favorite coloring job in the business.  As for the story, I'll agree that the first 4 or so issues were more fun than interesting, but between 5 and 7 the story took off and is now just fantastic.
January 5, 2011 11:03 pm Completely agree.  Just finished it and I was laughing out loud while reading the last page.  And you're spot on with saying that there's something special when James writes characters he loves.  Also, I want to see the "Thinkoff" that Mikaal mentioned...it would make for strange TV.
