August 31, 2009 8:50 pm This was surprising the first book I wanted to read this week, Reed and Bachalo are doing some fine work. Hell, Venom's @ss ate someone this issue, does it get any better?
August 31, 2009 8:47 pm We're all in the same boat here. I don't want to like this book either, it's Daniel Way, it's a stupid tie in, and I previously though Dakken was the dumbest idea since x-23. Yet every month I seem to enjoy reading this... Go figure.
August 26, 2009 5:50 pm Are Connor and Bart back on the team?
August 14, 2009 3:49 pm This was a satisfying read, a bunch of story with several interesting plot lines started.  Philip Bond is the cherry on top of this sundae.
August 13, 2009 11:33 am The best part of this book, that everyone seems to be missing is that Superman is back!  As much as I'm enjoying the who New Krypton epic I do miss the big guy flying in to save the day.
August 11, 2009 7:42 am I think the story is starting to get really stale. It's also starting to get very wordy. Additionally, we had a whole two pages of the new spawn in this issue, WTF! Vi think this is getting dropped.
July 28, 2009 8:20 am This arc is getting to be huge. Seriously, we're into part 10!
July 28, 2009 8:19 am Read the first two issues. I thought one set up a great world, but the second issue was really flat. I'm going to go one more to see if the story picks up. Omening's art, however, has conistantly been great.

Okay - maybe I should finish the article, but I'm 9 artists in and they don't have anything nice to say about anyone.  Hell, how do you cast Jim Lee or Alex Ross in a bad light .... *sigh*  Guess I'll keep reading.

I don't understand why people are dropping this book.  It's fun superheroing.  Slott is working with an interesting team of Avengers, I think Koi does a great job at story telling through the pages.

Additionally, I don't feel as mired in all the Dark Reign nonsense in this book.  It's the Avengers vs. a bad guy - let the beat down commence.

We all need one book that isn't consumed by shades of grey.
