April 2, 2012 2:02 pm I dunno. I've "enjoyed" this series more and more with each issue. Still not great, but showing some promise. Then this issue? Its not that it was a "sad" issue as to why I disliked this issue so much. I just think some fiction is occasionally sad for the sake of being sad. Sad without any real point. Not that this issue is without a point... but I feel like the situation with the brother was superfluous.

August 2, 2011 2:16 pm As a huge Zatanna fan and totally okay with re-designs... I am NOT diggin' the Zatanna nose-ring on the cover. I like seeing Raven and Zatanna together, though... pretty cool.

August 1, 2011 5:06 pm People question the importance of this tie-in to Flashpoint but it always seemed clear to me what the purpose to this gritty, sour tasting, great mini-series is: Knight of Vengence is meant to underscore why Batman made just a quick turn to follow and pretty much do whatever The Flash says, because everything sucks for Thomas and everyone around him harder than Bruce ever had it. These issues tell us why Batman will do anything to "change the world", even if he thinks its crazy.

August 1, 2011 4:59 pm When Flashpoint is done, I'm optimistic that we can look back on it as a flawed masterpiece. It has been a slow burn event. The best thing I can say about it is that each issue is significantly better than the one before, I hope that continues with this issue.

August 1, 2011 4:50 pm Not to be all hatin' and not that I would buy this anyway... but this has got to be one of the worst covers ever. His face looks ridiculous, like a gaunt-faced baby's head poorly photoshopped on Stretch Armstrong's body.
