We were working on very tight deadlines, so when I was writing the script, I knew the issues would have to be split, so divided it up accordingly before handing it in. And, yes, I was thinking about which scenes I thought would best suit each artist. I'm really pleased with the results.

Yeah - the art is split between Rich and Billy for the Siege tie-ins, favouring Billy, before Doug Braithwaite takes over for 610.

I divided the scenes up between Billy and Rich to keep as much coherence as possible - basically, Billy deals with the main Volstagg/Ragnarok arc while Rich deals with Tyr and Kelda. Only Heimdall/Balder are shared.

Just passing but... S.W.O.R.D. 3's pick of the week score wasn't higher or lower than usual. Because...

1) It got twice as many pick of the week with its first issue. Oddly, if you average the pick of the week scores of the first two issues, you (very roughly) end up with the 0.5% S.W.O.R.D. 3 got.

2) S.W.O.R.D. hasn't got a "usual". It's been around for 3 issues.

Yes - comic should be here next week, apparently. Somehow the wrong barcode was attached to it. We are having a party at the Prince Arthur near Euston on Thursday though, since SWORD is still out.
