April 23, 2008 3:48 pm @Brandon2- Well he is Canadain, and following continuity he's a Maple Leafs fan, but at the very least he should of been a vancover, montreal, or toronto fan. Ottawa doesn't cout because it's a reletivley new team and wasn't around then.
April 23, 2008 1:14 am @ohcaroline I hope your right, No one has done as good of a job as Cruz does, the origional 8 were amazing.
April 23, 2008 1:11 am The only thing I didn't like about the first one, was that they made Wolverine a Penguins fan...
April 8, 2008 8:32 pm Is this issue a good jumping on point, or where should I go back to/ wait for?

I thought it was interesting, BUT the art pissed me off so much, Cable was constantly drawn jumping back an forth with and without the baby. I can't believe that slipped through...

March 31, 2008 7:59 pm @ohcaroline - Origionally X-men First Class was just an eight part miniseries, but with it's popularity they decided to continue it. This TPB collects the first 5 issues and special edition issue of the now ongoing sceries.
March 31, 2008 7:52 pm @brandon2 - It seems to be a continuation of New X-men in the Post-Messiah Complex era. Reading Messiah Complex would help a lot, or at the very least reading up on the effects of the crossover.
March 31, 2008 5:22 pm This first class line is very refreshing as far as X-comics go for me. I love X-books with the school and the students beeing at the core of it. This line is focused on the origional 5 man team and there relationships and how the interact. It's genuinley funny at times and much more lighthearted then the current big x-books jumping from big battle to big battle.
March 31, 2008 5:15 pm I skipped Civil War and just read tha aftermath because of how bad I heard it was basically across the board. I'm actually looking forward to this tho, plus the concept makes it pretty hard not to read as it drastically effects so many storlines.
March 31, 2008 5:12 pm I can't wait to get my hands on this. The first one was great, I loved how "Real" it was. The first issue ended with him in such an odd situation, I'm currious to see how this one begins.
