April 30, 2012 8:36 pm I still enjoy this book, however I haven't liked it as much as when Cornell was writing it. There was such an epic feel to it in those early issues and I know a lot of people didn't like the art but I thought it fit the tone of the book perfectly.
April 30, 2012 8:32 pm Black Superman on the cover, I'm sold.
April 25, 2012 7:05 pm When does Hickman sleep? Anyway, great issue, easily 5 out of 5. This is type of book that reminds me of why the Ultimate universe is still an intriguing concept.
April 18, 2012 7:48 pm I feel suckered. Thought that this was going to have more to do with A vs X ( although the last couple pages probably will be important).
March 28, 2012 7:42 pm Overall, I enjoyed this arc, but I'm glad its over. Also, this issue shows how important a good colorist is. I couldn't put my finger on it until this issue why I liked Tocchini's art sometimes and other times it looked extremely chaotic. With this issue, you could clearly see the difference in the art: The first several pages and the last few pages were colored by one person (and the art suffered terribly) and in the middle of the book it was colored by a different person (and it looked incredible).
March 14, 2012 10:10 pm One of the best comic book weeks I've ever experienced. There were so many good books this week, but this book was the culmination of so many storylines. As much as I enjoyed Saga and Locke & Key, this was the Pick of the Week for me.
March 12, 2012 8:39 pm Me too. There seems like there's a lot left to cover there. Especially the Indigo tribe, which we got a little more insight into with the war of the green lanterns.
March 12, 2012 8:31 pm Man I love this book and hopefully it will continue to come out every month in half.
March 10, 2012 7:20 pm I really enjoyed this too. I feel like I've been in the minority lately, I like Greg Land's art, I liked Bobillo on FF, and now this.
February 2, 2012 2:42 pm I think maybe my expectations for this book were to high. I loved All-Star Superman and I thought that maybe Morrison would display more of that type of story telling. Like everyone else I enjoyed the first couple of issues, but these few haven't been that great to me. I probably wouldn't bother with this book if it wasn't for Morrison (just like all the other Superman books I don't bother with).
