June 17, 2013 6:15 pm Captain Midnight #0, Wild Blue Yonder #1, LSH #21 & Wonder Woman #21. Have dropped Batman & Robin (Batgirl) #21. Will probably get back on board once 'Damian's death aftermath' arc is out of the way. BQ : Haywire (very reduced price).
June 17, 2013 3:51 pm @Arathi411 - the rumour I've picked up is that DC plan on launching a 'sister' comic to 'Earth 2', without Robinson's input. Once he got wind of this, he took it as an affront, what with 'Earth 2' being his vision 'n all. So, he walked.
June 10, 2013 9:30 pm Yep, this is going on my list. I'm enjoying Ales Kot's 'journey' and am on for the ride.
June 10, 2013 9:22 pm @TurdSandwich - I've had the same tussle and have decided to take a break. I'm motivated by 'the new' and as well told as this tale will doubtless be, it isn't that. DC's intention to pull other bat-titles into 'zero year' was the clincher. I'm really quite happy to dig out 'The Untold Legend of the Batman' mini when the mood takes me.
June 10, 2013 5:28 pm Batgirl #21, Black Beetle : No Way Out #4, The Manhattan Projects #12 & Worlds' Finest #13. Opting out of 'Batman :Year Zero' & 'Superman Unchained'. BQ : Good manners in an unruly world.
June 3, 2013 10:25 pm The Earth 2 'Bob Harras'? Surely worth a dispensation from the 'no doppleganger' rule?
June 3, 2013 7:23 pm I have a lot of time for these 'graphic' covers. Apart from being well designed, they're a refreshing contrast to 'the norm'. There's more than enough 'imagery' within the text pages to satisfy.
June 3, 2013 5:47 pm Bedlam #7, East of West #3, Earth 2 #13, Mister X: Eviction #2, Red Team #3, The Movement #2 & Uber #2. A good week! Have dropped Green Lantern, (taking a break having been on board since 'Rebirth') & Green Arrow ( good stuff, but I'm avoiding tweaked origin arcs, they don't appeal ). BQ : Guinness.
May 28, 2013 8:05 pm Ditto! DC Editorial are officially 'off the rails', as far as I'm concerned. James Robinson has a proven record of being a team player, working within agreed boundaries and avoiding prima-dona-esque behaviour. Barely a month before this news broke he expressed in interview, his long-term enthusiasm for this title. So, another 'out-of-the-blue' editorial directive that this time 'J.R.' just couldn't/wouldn't accommodate? My guess? This Dark Knight is eventually revealed as Damian. I'm awaiting developments, but should I drop this title, I'll probably drop all remaining DC titles from my pull list.
