Bio: East Bay Native. Professional Dungeon/Game Master. Fan of Non-Superhero Comics. --- Some of my favorite chronically slow or indefinitely delayed series I wish these creators and publishers would continue: Berlin by Jason Lutes (Drawn and Quarterly), Scarlet by Brian Michael Bendis (Marvel), Satsuma Gishiden by Hiroshi Hirata (Dark Horse), Fell by Warren Ellis (Image) and Loose Ends by Jason Latour (12 Gauge)

April 3, 2013 10:48 pm For me this issue was the high point of this series so far.
March 29, 2013 6:49 pm I liked this, but I'm not sure these horsemen are going to work for me as protagonists which seems to be the thing (hard to say though, there were a lot of overlapping stories). I don't relate to them at all is the main thing, or more precisely I don't care about what happens to them, they're kind of unappealing. Obviously a lot of comic heroes I can't really relate to, but I guess I need some shred of humanity or something. Still there's definitely enough promising elements that I'll give Hickman a while to reel me in.
March 27, 2013 2:53 pm This is a feature I'd love to see more often! Jerusalem sounds especially powerful and definitely up my alley.
March 26, 2013 4:38 pm Haha. Three Ennis comics for me this week. If you like Fury Max you should give Battlefields a try some time.
March 26, 2013 11:52 am Sweet. Zezelj is one of my favorite artists! Hella distinct style.
March 25, 2013 5:03 pm Ken Garing made a blog-post awhile back saying that the plan was to have more mini series and make the story a full space opera. Hopefully that's still the plan.
March 19, 2013 2:05 pm Haha same. This is the only series my girlfriend reads as it comes out and she's hooked.
March 15, 2013 12:07 pm Funny because when I read this series I feel like Han's voice is the one that Wood really nailed the best. I "hear" Harrison Ford when I read a lot of these lines.
March 13, 2013 9:45 pm Wow! Hopefully we'll get the whole epic some day, but seems like we're definitely heading for some major reveals and big payoff next issue. I loved this one!
March 4, 2013 1:11 pm What's also great is that the comics you've listed are fun but still clearly not being pitched to young kids. Image's mini End Times of Bram and Ben has been tickling my funny bone lately too,
