Best event of 2010 so far. Hands down. My jaw was literally on the floor when I opened the four page spread of all the superheros and villans back from the dead. You see Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Hawk, and Max Lord it makes your want to know what happens next for the newly returned charecters. I am not familiar with Deadman but I got a little teary eyed he took his mask off and said "This isn't right..."

Geoff Johns really gets you to fell for the characters he writes from  the main ones such as Green Lantern and Flash to the obscure ones like Deadman and Hawk.

I love the art. I am still blown away from the four page spread to the White Lanterns two page spread and I put the book down hours ago.

After reading Blackest Night I am stoked for Brightest Day.
