I really don’t know why I’m getting this. I’m such a Batwhore.
Batwhore….. that should be the name of a new comic…
Now this is something I can just tradewait, and I am a Batwhore my damn self!!
That is a great cover by Jones.
Jones certainly hasn’t done a lot of good things lately. But I like his style and his take on Batman is certainly unique. Trade waiting on this, but I hope to hear good feedback from the issues.
Gotta get this for the old school team up of Moench & Jones! Can’t wait for that new Batwhore comic too.
jeez, I must admit, I don’t think I know Moench and Jones…but I will get it because I have no free will when it comes to Batman
I haven’t read this yet, but considering Kelley Jones dated the cover as 07, I get the feeling this has been sitting on a shelf for awhile. My hopes aren’t too high.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT! THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!!! JONES ON BATMAN AGAIN! =)!! For me this is what BATMAN’S ALL ABOUT! GRAND SCARY GESTURES AND OVER THE TOP THEATRICAL AND GRITTY DARK KNIGHT. I’ve said this once and I’ll say it again: if Batman is sitting on the crapper with Jones drawing it I’ll buy it… in fact… *makes note for a commission*
I haven’t even seen the interior art but my finger sure is itchy to click on "5 stars". *resists temptation*.
I actually put this and the Bat Annual away this week, I am so proud.

This sucked. I’m really bummed I bought this.
This is the worst comic I have read since Superman Beyond (Comprehension) 3D. It was a struggle to even finish it.
To each his own…I love Kelly Jones’ art, and the technicolor B-movie feel.
God some of you guys are so limited in what you can appreciate. I finally picked this up. This was fantastic. So many of you guys just don’t even see what Moench and Jones are going for here. It’s an old-time gritty sci-fi/horror tale. They do what they do perfectly. If it was just another typical decompressed comic with a bunch of lame hipster jokes and pop culture references, THEN y’all would love it.
And, Wade Wilson, just because you couldn’t comprehend something doesn’t mean it’s incomprehensible. The hatred burns slow in your hateful little heart, doesn’t it? 12 months later and you’re STILL indignant about Final Crisis books? Damn it must be a mean place inside your head.
