That cover is completely fantastic
Definite kudos on that cover. #890 was quite interesting. Let’s see if Cornell can keep it going.
So pumped for this
Does this have that Atom back-up?
no thats adventure comics
This is getting Superboy then Olsen.
Does anyone know if Action #890 is going to get a second printing? It sold out at my shop before I had a chance to pick it up.
I haven’t read any other books from Paul Cornell beside Action Comics #890, but it definitely got me hooked on this book. I’m hoping this is as good, if not better.
It’s nice to see Finch supply a cover that’s more than just a pin-up.
Granted, this one’s not much more than a pin-up, but it’s better than a bunch of guy stading around staring at the camera.
Last issue was very good. This will hopefully be a really good storyline.
This was amazing! My pick for this week. (And I’m very surprised at that!)
@ctrosejr Action #890 had a second printing that shipped today.
Did anyone else think the art was better for "super-Lex" than actual Lex?
This was awesome again, probably my pick of the week, will see after I’ve read all my books. There is one panel which is the best of the year so far for me!
This was fantastic. Probably POTW, but have to finish the rest of my stack first.
Oh, and the panel of Master Mind holding a gun to Robo Lois’ head? Panel of the Week, hands down.
@drakedangerz Yes that was the one!
A solid book. It seems I will be keeping at least a toe in the Superman Family of books.
Fantastic. Cornell is so good.
I’ve got a lot of books left to read, but this is leading for my POTW. I’m amazed at how much I’m enjoying this title–I’m not a big fan of the Superman books, and while I read a good chunk of Captain Britain & MI 13, I didn’t really get all the love for Paul Cornell. But I picked up the last issue on a whim and dug it, and this one really blew me away. Just a ton of fun. Good comics!
Fantastic start to finish.
Also, since I had no frame of reference for the Master Minds voice..I imagined him sounding like Keroro from SGT. Frog. Which made it all the more entertaining.
I want a little mister Mind Statue with a cowboy hat. That is all.
Lex Luthor IS the Modern Prometheus!
