BQ : Air India. London to Bangkok via Mumbai. 18 hr delay @ Mumbai as the truck delivering fresh luggage smashed into the tail-fin. Silver lining : best in-flight food I’ve ever eaten.
Much better week than last but also a sad one, last issue of Hickman’s Fantastic Four (I know there’s still FF to come) which no-matter how good Batman or how awesome the Saga trade will be, it’ll still be my POTW!
Otherwise Batman, Punk Rock Jesus, Fantastic Four, Invincible Iron Man, Saga Trade, The Massive & I will be getting Uncanny Avengers only so I can sell it & make good money on it! MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Glorious small week with Batman Secret Avenrgs (possible last issue), Punk Rock Jesus, Frankstein Agent of S.H.A.D.E and trying out Uncanny Avengers.
BQ: Once me and my mom had to run to our connecting flight to Canada when we were coming back from Poland because they couldn’t open the doors to the terminal for 10 minutes. We arrived with minutes to spare.
On a 7 and a half hour flight to Uganda the leg room was so restrictive my legs fell asleep and didn’t reawaken for 3 hours
Great week of comics.

Getting the Saga trade for my girlfriend, since I read it in issues. No idea what AvX Consequences is about, so skipping that for now. May try the Batman and Robin arc that’s starting, but I’m getting enough books already this week. Getting close to dropping one of my favorite new52 books, Frank. 🙁

BQ: Flying to Hawaii for my honeymoon from the East coast. A large-ish woman sat next to me and took 1/3 of my seat as well. She fell asleep and was basically spooning me the whole way. My wife and I joked that I basically cheated on her before we even made it to Hawaii.
I am so glad when this part of the week comes. It makes me even more pumped up for Wednesday.
Pump for Uncanny Avengers, Batman Wolv and the XM, and the Valiant books.
BQ: The Airport in Haiti last year was the craziest experience of my life. Everyone inches away from you, people trying to steal your bags, tons of screaming and sooo hot.
Light week for me, 2000AD, Batman, Conan, GI Joe, and whatnot.
This week I’m buying my last issue of Conan, can’t stand the constant artist change (the current artist is terribly bad)
Not buying Creator owned heroes for the first time, it’s alright but not good enough.

Some of these comics look like something I ordered 3 months ago.
BQ – flight from Newark to Las Vegas. There was this group of large men – 10-12 of them – obviously going to a bachelor party and starting early. They were drunk and raucous on the plane – cursing, standing up the whole time, making a lot of noise and suggestions at the flight attendants… wait a second… I was one of them!
Switching to trades on Snyder’s Batman. I did $3.99 for as long as I could. Dropping Wolverine after this issue. Pretty excited for Parker’s She-Hulk. Interested in Uncanny Avengers, but I’ll probably wait to hear the iFanboy verdict.

BQ: White hot inner ear pain on a flight to Detroit while I had a cold (Let the Detroit jokes commence). Good times!
So far, just Batman, Before Watchmen: Dr. Manhattan, and Punk Rock Jesus. But I usually keep things light, then check out Ryan’s Comics (my LCS) to see what catches my attention.
BQ: My flight ended up getting delayed, then escalated to cancelled from severe weather. Who doesn’t want to be stuck in Denver International Airport’s “hotel”?

BQ: Most have been pleasant but coming home to Detroit from Tahoe a cpl years ago the turbulence got pretty bad and then we sat on the tarmac in the plane for over an hr when we landed and it was hot n’ muggy and the impatience in the air was just annoying, after a flight that long, not that bad really but we just needed to get off the damn plane 😉
Batman #13 the start of “Death of the Family”, does anyone else wonder of if DC is planning an annual, epic story with a slew tie-in/crossover issues?
