I’m excited to see DC vs. Marvel in number of pulls. DC owned last week but with Daredevil, ASM, Fear Itself, Uncanny X-force and Ultimate Spider-man out this week it should be more competitive.
Forgot to put my pull-list. GL, Demon Knights, Frankenstein(Jeff Lemire is the man), Batwoman, Uncanny X-force, and Criminal.
Aside from the new 52 batch this week, Scalped#52, PunisherMAX #17, Criminal Last of the Innocent #04, Uncanny X-Force #14 and Ultimate Spider-Man #1 and ugh… Fear Itself #6.

Batwoman, Green Lantern, and Red Lanterns. The bat books have overall been underwhelming, so while I’m excited for Batwoman (waited long enough for it!), I have trepidations about Batman and Robin. Since DC teased Karen Starr in Mister Terrific, I’m going to have to check it out now. Otherwise I would have given it a pass.
BQ: Duh. Comics. And this site.
BQ: My new puppy, Commander Shepard, the Toy Australian Shepherd. Very distracting. My girlfriend’s last name is Shepard too, which slightly lessens the cheesiness of his name.
Alpha Flight, Daredevil, Deathstroke, Demon Knights, Green Lantern, Grifter, Journey into Mystery, New Avengers, Pigs, Punisher Max, Suicide Squad (this is the follow on to the Suicide Girls book, right?!), Super Dinosaur (heh, my defacto step kid is going to be THRILLED the new one is out. A month is a long time to wait for an 8yr old.).
Damn DC relaunch. There are a couple of titles I’m doing the wait and see thing on, but still…

Really eager to check out some of the lesser known New52 books this week too, though I’m not going to hit the “buy” button on comixology till after reading some of the initial reactions this week!! Got burned on a couple crappy books last week.
Also, Criminal: Last of the Innocent’s conclusion and another issue of American Vampire Survival of the Fittest!!!???

This week’s number ones: Batwoman, Resurrection Man, Demon Knights, Batman & Robin. Am curious about Frankenstein, but am waiting for some feedback first. Originally had zero interest in OMAC, but after the mostly positive reactions here, may pick it up this week.
I’m always excited when there is a new issue Unwritten, but as I especially enjoyed the last issue . . .
Also getting Journey into Mystery and New Avengers. Will flip through Fear Itself, but I’m beyond paying money for it . . .

I’m picking up all the DC books (all month) as well as PunisherMAX and Daredevil. I’m most excited to see how Frankenstein and Red Lanterns are, and I expect Batwoman and Batman and Robin to be good as well. Superboy looks interesting, and the rest are on my “keep fingers crossed list”. Should be an awesome week!

Got Amazing Spider-Man, Batman & Robin, Mr. terrific, New Avengers (my last issue before I drop it), Mystery Men and daredevil. I seriously can not say enough good things about Mystery Men. I love everything about this book and hope it gets another mini. This has been one of the few things marvel is doing that I am excited for (along with daredevil, which also comes out this week.)
BQ: Work has been kicking my ass lately. been doing way too many hours and far too many days in a row without a day off. I’m falling behind on reading and have far too many things I need to get written!
I dare say that I’m looking forward to Suicide Squad the most. Why? It looks like absolute insanity.
Bonus Question: Bloodsport with Van Damme is on TV. Plus, my dog’s tags are jingling every time he moves.

Never really read much of Etrigan, and mostly it’s him portrayed as an antagonist so this might be interesting. I definitely like him in Alan Moore’s Swamp Thing.
Deathstroke has always been one of my favorite villains so hopefully this book does him justice.
I might also pick up Frankenstein, but I’m still on the fence at this point.
Bonus Question: Mostly reading Ed Brubaker’s run on Daredevil for the first time, so that’s interesting.
Should we expect the POTW to be delayed for like, a week? I can’t believe how many books each of you guys are pulling.
My 7 books is mild compared to Conor’s/Josh’s 24 books and Ron’s epic 32 books.
Wow , talk about a weak list of comics……… nah I can’t even do that with a straight face. I guess I will be tapping into my 401k for my pull list this week.

I call myself a DC guy, but i’m pulling 2 DC and 4 Marvel books this week. Plus my local store has been having problems getting Marvel stuff for the last couple weeks so I might be getting even more Marvel stuff! My wallet hates me so much these days!
BQ: Online gaming; FIFA 11 and Street Fighter 3, I tell myself every day that i’m not gonna play and then I go to bed at 1AM every night because of it!
Batwoman, Green Lantern and of course Daredevil for me this week. Gonna try out GL #1 before I commit every month, I just have a weird feeling about it that it won’t really be my thing, despite me having read most of John’s key GL stuff in the past (Sinestro Corps War, Rebirth, Secret Origin, Blackest Night).
This is just a ridiculous week, so many books i wanna buy. I’ll be buying 20- 23 books this week, gunna be hard to scare up the extra cash for them but i’m confident it’ll be worth it with books like Batwoman, Black Panther, Daredevil, JIM, X-Force, Mystery Men and all the promising new DC books. Gonna be tough to find some books to drop, that’s for sure.

This is such a great week for comics. Criminal and Mystery Men are wrapping up, two Snyder books (American Vampire: Survival of the Fittest and Severed), finally Batwoman, father and son in Batman & Robin. Will also pick up Green Lantern and Frankenstein. The last one just because Animal Man was so great and I really want to see what else Lemire can do. And alsmost as a special bonus I’ll also be reading Unwritten, with that fantastic cover.
I stopped with ASM, since the whole Spider Island idea is lame imo and the story doesn’t really interest me and hasn’t done in quite a while. Also dropped PunisherMAX, since I’ll be picking that up in hardcover. The floppies are too expensive imo.
BQ: This website is distracting me. Should really be watching the latest Breaking Bad episode and should be reading a new chapter in Emperical Research in Accounting for study. And it’s almost bed time now 🙁
