    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN #15
STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION / DOCTOR WHO: ASSIMILATION2 #4

I hope they have the Aquaman #12 Variant.

    BQ: Muenster!!!!

  2. Piave, no question.

Light week for me. Finishing the Diablo mini and Deadworld mini, TMNT, and X-O. Looking forward to X-O probably the most.

I also love a good Fontinella and Baita Friuli

    • X-O has been amazing so far, Valiant Is killing it right now

    • I forgot a couple! And the bittersweet ending to Valen! I think this is one of the biggest travesties in comics of recent memory, the general comic-reading audience got it wrong on this book. A shame.

      DEBRIS #2
GI JOE / TRANSFORMERS TP VOL 01
GI JOE FIELD MANUAL SC VOL 01
      MUDMAN #5
      VALEN OUTCAST #8

X-O has really been enjoyable. I actually went and sliced a piece of Piave because of this post. Well done iFanboy!

  3. Some great stuff this week
    X-O MANOWAR #4
    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1
    AQUAMAN #12

BQ-brie cause I’m classy like that

  4. BQ: For sandwiches it’s gotta be pepper jack, but for just munching on with crackers i like pretty much anything

  5. Justice League #12
    Flash Annual #1

  6. In ABC order…

    AQUAMAN #12
    AVENGING SPIDER-MAN #11
AXE COP: PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD #2
    BEFORE WATCHMEN: MINUTEMEN #3
    GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1
    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL #1
    LOCKE & KEY: GRINDHOUSE
    THE FLASH ANNUAL #1

Don’t know how I can make a pick of the week decision with both Axe Cop and Locke & Key in the same week.

  7. Looks like quite an eventful week…that new Gambit book is out, after all! (All kidding aside, that book’s 1st issue was pretty enjoyable).

BQ: WOW. WHAT a loaded question. Do you mean spreadable cheese? Table cheese? Cheese for sandwiches? Cheese to just snack on?? I feel I have way too many sub categories for a favorite cheese. But yeah, if I were FORCED to pick one…it would probably be a smoked variety of cheddar or gouda. Feta cheese is also great to munch on, and is even better when you bake it a little.

  8. Going to go with an aged gouda, as old as possible, but I’ll take pretty much anything. Had a wine and cheese party this weekend and snacked on tons of glorious cheese!

  9. B.Q. Oka.

  10. Most certainly annoyed that Manhattan Projects has been put back a month, not good signs!
But other than that got FF, Green Lantern annual & American Vampire out.

    BQ-Camembert!

  11. Just Detective Comics Annual #1 for me.

    BQ: Pepper Jack by far.

  12. Pretty medium week this week.

BQ: Gotta go with Mozzarella, just the many ways you can use it.

  13. BQ: I’d say Goat Gouda by a pretty far margin.

    drool.

  14. Good week. Looking forward to JL, W&TXM, and UXF.

    BQ: Pepper Jack or Provolone.

  15. ….that’s a different picture for this post. MY WORLD IS IN UPHEAVAL!

Lame week for me. Just TMNT: April. I’m actually thinking about dropping the TMNT. It’s just not that enjoyable. Thinking about picking up Lil’ Homer. Simpsons books are usually pretty entertaining.

BQ: Yellow American. One of my favorite foods in the world is a grilled cheese, gotta be yellow american.

  16. Wrkngclasshero (@joinedtofollow) says:

Annuals make this one expensive week (for me anyway)!!

    AMERICAN VAMPIRE #30
    AQUAMAN #12
    BEFORE WATCHMEN: MINUTEMEN #3
    GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1
    GRIM LEAPER #4
    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    SUPERMAN ANNUAL #1

    BQ: Fresh mozzarella

  17. A lot of good stuff for me this week. I’m giving Gambit one more shot to wow me, I was a little underwhelmed by the first issue and the art was not my cup of tea.

American Vampire- So far so good with the Blacklist storyline, Pearl and Skinner really are the best.
BPRD- New storyline, and a new “Year of the Monsters” variant by Mignola, Yay!
BW: Minutemen- First two issues were amazing, Darwyn can do no wrong.
Gambit- On a tight leash, but I want to like it, so we’ll see.
Popeye- This has been a real treat since issue #1, this round is all Landridge, and I’m excited.
Spaceman- Finally get to read this, I’ve been stashing the issues since #5 to read all at once. I just couldn’t pass up those Dave Johnson covers, and I wanted to support Vertigo, Azz, and Risso for doing something cool and different.
Winter Soldier- This has been an awesome book, love Bucky and Natasha, love SHIELD covert ops, I’ll miss Bru when he leaves, but the characters will keep me around.

BQ: That’s a tough one, I love cheese. I’ll cheat and go top three, in no particular order: Iberico(Spain), Comte(France), and Dubliner(Guess).

  18. American Mutha Truckers!!!!!

  19. Oh yea, here’s my pull list. I got distracted by my cheese battle cry.

    THE SIXTH GUN #24
    AVENGING SPIDER-MAN #11
    THE NEW DEADWARDIANS #6
    PHANTOM LADY #1
    JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL #1
    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    THE FLASH ANNUAL #1
    GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1
    DETECTIVE COMICS ANNUAL #1
    AQUAMAN #12
    AMERICAN VAMPIRE #30

  20. Also of note, I’ve decided that I’m clicking the “pull” button whether I’m getting the print, the digital or waiting for the trade. If I support a book and the artists working on it with my bucks, then the format doesn’t matter to me. American Vampire I’ve been reading the hard covers and I love it. Deadwardians and Sixth Gun has been digital for me. I actually read all the Sixth Gun back issues on my iPad and I’m sticking with that format for the title. And everyone should be ready Deadwardians!

  21. Only 6 books this week. As always, super excited for some more BPRD and Prophet. Also figured I’d give Locke & Key: Grindhouse a shot, even though I read Locke & Key in trade and I’m 2 trades behind.

BQ: The kind that doesn’t smell like bad feet.

  22. Dang you DC with your Annuals that actually matter! I would much rather have a Marvel Annual thats a one-shot I can ignore lol

Remender, Hickman, Brubaker, and Aaron with a side of X-O Manowar and Prophet. Its going to be a good week. Slightly excited for the 3 DC books I’m pulling too,

  23. AVX: VS #5, Captain Marvel #3, Green Lantern Annual #1, Justice League #12, The Flash Annual #1, TMNT Micro Series April #7, Uncanny X-Force #30, Winter Soldier #9 and Wolverine and the X-Men #15.

BQ: Parmasean (probably didn’t spell that right)

  24. Justice League #12
    Before Watchmen: Minutemen #3

    BQ: Swiss

“How can anyone govern a nation that has two hundred and forty-six different kinds of cheese?” – Charles de Gaulle

  25. Aquaman
    FF
    Infernal Man-Thing

BQ: The Cheese Shop is now stuck in my head. Thank you.

  26. Green Lantern Annual #1
    Justice League International Annual #1
    Journey into Mystery #642
    New Mutants #48

All Star Western, since the entirety of my LCS’ copies were damaged last week
    X-O Manowar—GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!

BQ: Can’t eat cheese. [sad face]

  28. Witchblade (hop on folks, its part 1 of a new story), and Justice League, Phantom Lady, X-Men books, 2000AD/Dredd, etc.

BBQ: Not an easy choice. I like gouda, I like cheddar… gonna go pepper jack.

  29. Getting:

    The Goon

    Flash Annual
    Justice League
    Phantom Lady (trying)

    FF
    Infernal Man-thing

    Justice League#12

BQ- Cheese Curds are where it’s at 🙂

  31. JL, Aqua, Darth Maul, GL annual, BW, AV

BQ: Fromunda…lol J/k. i don’t eat or drink cow pus products anymore, but you guys have fun with that.

  32. Aquaman #12
    Justice League #12
    Green Lantern Annual #1
    The Flash Annual #1
    Phantom Lady #1

Bit of a Geoff Johns-fest, this week. Justice League is the title that’s “wobbling” . . . waiting to see if the kickstart to Trinity War grabs me.

Was one of the few who really enjoyed Freedom Fighters, so am looking forward to read what Gray & Palmiotti have cooked up, with this new Phantom Lady treatment.

BQ : Saga, a rich, creamy, soft Danish blue. Along with being the name of my fave comic of this year. . . . . . probably.

  33. Avatar photo filippod (@filippodee) says:

The Sixth Gun’s #24. New arc start.
    Plus X-O and lotsa Marvel.

BQ: Italian Montasio. Fresh or aged, you just can’t go wrong.

  34. Not much this week.

    Minutemen #3
    New Deadwardians #6
    maybe Axe Cop #2

I’ll take an extra sharp cheddar.

  35. Peter Panzerfaust V1
    Irredeemable V10

BQ: I do not like cheese. I like ham though.

  36. Light week 🙁 Dominique Laveau: Voodoo Child #6 and Godzilla #4.

  37. Justice league
    Aquaman
    Green lantern annual

BQ: Canadian mature cheddar for me.

  38. Just e Flash annual, JLI Annual and FF for me. Dropped Justice League, as I felt the Super Friends cartoon had better depth of characterization than the current justice league comic.

BQ: the big red cheese, Captain Marvel!!!

    Ok, actually mozzarella.

Is the diamond previews catalogue coming out this week?

  39. Nice week for me. Expensive, but nice.

    Comic. $AUD

    Uncanny X-Force #30 $8.00
    Wolverine and the X-Men #15 $8.00
    Detective Comics Annual #1. $10.00
    Gambit #2 $6.00

    • Interesting. Is the exchange rate more favorable on digital comics?

    • Oh, much. With the exchange rate, I can get books digitally for less than the US cover price. I’m stubborn about getting the books I really want from my LCS, though.

    • I don’t want to come off a complete nutter, so I’d better explain a bit!
It’s important to me that I support the shop, it’s the only one in my town and is a great labour of love. I also absolutely love having and collecting the physical issues of books. I do. That said, I’m delving into digital, getting a couple Marvel titles digitally with the app. The free digital copies sold me on it, frankly.

    • No, that’s not nutty at all. While I find myself liking digital comics more and more and disliking the growing collection of paper in my guest bedroom closet, I have an awesome LCS in my neighborhood that I like supporting. I redeem the Marvel digital codes that come in the books (my store says they get some type of incentive when those codes are redeemed) and I love the Comixology 99 cent sales. The Bundles on the Dark Horse App are also a pretty good deal.

  40. Always looking forward to more Prophet, but am terribly displeased with the price hike. It is worth it, though.

BQ: Nutty, sharp, aged cheddar. I’m also a sucker for smelly, moldy blue cheese.

  41. This is a big week for me…

    AQUAMAN #12
    AVX: VS. #5
    THE FLASH ANNUAL #1
    GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1
    JUSTICE LEAGUE #12
    SMOKE AND MIRRORS #5
    TMNT MICRO SERIES APRIL #7

I’m excited for the Smoke and Mirrors finale, and the TMNT micro series.
