Yeah, geez. Perfect comic.
So sad that it's almost over. I would actually much rather read the about the alternate history that shows up at the end than I do the current Marvel U. Not griping about modern continuity, but saying that Atlas has wonderful roots from the 50's monster and sci fi stuff that would be great flavor.
Some of my favorite Buckingham panels are in this issue right hear. He started great, but now the artist is nearly peerless in my eyes. I love the Cinderella angle, and am very curious as to what kind of missions she has been doing for 200 years, but I really want to get to this whole war thing too.

Sprouse's art and strong concept shine through again as even more of the characters make their debuts. Beatty seems more aware of the Christian End Times texts than most who have undertaken the "apocolypse" motif, but it still seems incongruous with the characters and setting. Maybe it's just because I am reading it longning for more Tom Strong.
Also, wasn't the guy at the end seen in an issue of Planetary?
