June 25, 2010 6:27 am I have really been enjoying the series. I really did like the Killer Croc story. I found the exploration of Killer Croc was an interesting journey. That his constantly being treated like a monster by everyone he ever met has truly affected him into becoming that monster. He feels he is never treated kindly by someone who didnt want anything in return. I really did like the surprise ending. It made the whole story worthwhile.
May 11, 2010 10:17 pm I think that in a hand to hand combat, where it has to be seen thru to the end where neither party can run away and its till the other person cant stand and fight, then I put my money on Black Widow. While Im sure Cat woman would seek a very nice revenge and steal the diamond back.

I am totally in agreement with all of you, The Rocketeer is a fantastic story and the artwork is fantastic. Ill definately be getting this hardcover glory. I have a few issues of Rocketeer but the complete stories would be fantastic. This is a great comic for anyone who loves PULP. The movie is great although I am kinda disappointed that Betty was an actress and not BETTY PAGE as she is portrayed in the comics. The movie certainly got cleaned up a lil but thats understandable as it is disney and disney is about family.

But all in all a fantastic buy, definately something every comic fan should own.

 If anyone loves the Rocketeer and Pulp they may want to look into the movie serial Commando Cody and Rocketmen from the moon.  Two great black and white serials.

@SoylentGL

I cant quite agree with your statement that GA isnt a hunter, often he compares himself to a hunter. In the longbow series he often stated he was a hunter and same can be said for the time he spent in Seattle.

I also feel thathis "never being a superhero" was a throw back to his day as an anti establishment kind of person.

Anyway your perspective is an interesting one.
