Goddamn, I’m loving this comic!

I never thought I would see the day when I couldn’t wait for the next issue of Wonder Woman to come out. But that day is here. Like I said in my review of WW #1, this is a smart comic. Brian Azzarello is moving this story at just right pace – not too slow and not too fast – there is the perfect amount of exposition and action to make each issue so far read like it’s own self contained story, but also make us feel like this is just the tip of the iceberg of a epic tale of the gods. This should be good.

I almost gave this book Pick of the Week just for the following line spoken by Hera about Paradise Island, “That cockless coop, inappropriately named….”
